Asking question - each use case
a) starts with initial clarification checking terms and understanding of your question. E.g. you cannot (in this use case) ask for details about IT-infrastructure.
b) ends with background information. E.g. details about scope of statistical law in the generic law on official statistics.
You can suppress initial clarification and background information writing "Do not include ...". See example in starter below.

C.3.3.1 Evaluate existing law
This app will evaluate your existing law (or a law from another country) using the generic law and UN-NQAF quality assurance framework. It will provide you with information about compliance and suggest changes in order to comply with the generic law.
For testing purpose you can download the Statistical Act for Denmark.
Act on Statistics Denmark 2018 You can also download a model statistical law HERE. The model statistical law must be supplemented with names and relevant changes. You can evaluate the revised law by using the C.3.3.1 Evaluate existing law or by C.3.3.2 Improve existing law below. Use the C.3.3.2 Improve existing law app if you want suggested changes related to a specific issue.
C.3.3.2 Improve your existing law
This app will help you to improve your existing law focusing on a specific issue. E.g. coordination of data collection from admin sources. Steps: 1. present problem/issue; 2. Upload law; and 3 evaluate.
For testing purposes you can download the Statistical Act for Denmark to your local drive and upload this when you run the app.
